All prices are subject to change without notice, some combinations of Mediums can be bundled together for a lower price.
WEB DESIGN: All web sites are designed from the ground up. We include in each site photos, logo, link images, custom images and any information you want on your site. We will do as little or as much as you want to the pages. Basic sites included photos and text. Complex sites included flash entry, photos, text, roll over images, and more.
All sites are priced on the time it takes me to build them. You will see below at the site images "Dollar Signs" that shows you how much a site of that nature would cost. We price the sites according to what you want done, if you just need me to put something together and you do the updating, or if yosu want me to build the site with full custom look and update it for the year. I also do multiple year contracts which will include me working on the site and updating it as needed for the years to come.
I am able to do yearly contracts as well, I have had people do as long as 5 year contracts. They pay for it up front, then when they need to have it updated they send me the information and it gets updated within 48 hours.

Golden Hills Ranch Equine Rescue
This site was a complete remake from a yahoo built cluster to this redesigned easy to navigate page. With fully customized logo and link buttons. This site along with all the custom fittings were built in Photoshop CS5 and built in Dreamweaver CS5. Colors and logo were designed with the requirements of the client.

This site was designed by scratch with custom colors and designs for the client. The logo was created in Photoshop CS4, the web site itself was created in Dreamweaver CS4 as well. This is a more basic site then most I have done. With an easy navigation and information, this site makes all others look complicated.

Amazingly this site came to mind while looking at a photo album, We tried to give each page its own look so you have something different to look at each time. Everything from the background to each header, link and logo were custom made with Photoshop CS5 and built with Dreamweaver CS5. Photos and video were also made for this site and stallion with Sony Vegas Pro.

This site was reworked from a large oversized site for a monitor, We trimmed it down and made sure everything still fit along with customizing the logo a bit more and the link buttons. We aimed for a very Royal look with the black and red along with the logo being a coat of arms just for this site. Again everything was created on Photoshop CS4 and built on Dreamweaver CS4. Video footage along with pro photos were also taken for this site but not yet displayed.

This site was made with elegance in mind, with the corners being gold and the background in black. Drawing your eye to the pictures with the gold text, we try to show the elegance and royal look of it. With simplicity at work and easy navigation this site makes even the most novice web browser be able to find what they are looking for. Whitegates Ranch
Amazingly this site had been the same for almost 10 years. Very hard on the eyes and strange to navagate. I have remade the site to cooler coastal colors and and easy to navigate links. The whole site was cutome from links to background. The links and logo were all designed on Photoshop CS4, the site again was designed on Dreamweaver CS4.

Every site is worked the way the client wants, nothing is cookie cutter on any site I create. If you want something specific done to your page or anything made for you, all you need to do is ask and it will be done to the best of our abilities. Please make sure that you send us with all the specifics that are needed for a custom design.
Please remember that every page you ask to be built you need to provide full text information and photos. A site cannot be finished or even created without these things.
